California just voted to become a trans refugee city and prohibit extradition to other states in America.
SB107 passes 60-19 in the House with amendments and will now return to the Senate for a vote on the Amended version -of which it is expected to pass.
This prohibits transgender youth's parents from being extradited back to Texas/Florida/Etc. fleeing prosecution for illegal gender affirming care.
It also gives trans-teens ability to sue their parents if their parents refuse care.
California is also adopting similar sanctuary bills for those youth and their parents who are fleeing abortion prosecution while also providing the murder -free of charge.
