Did you know that not all states have SLAPP laws? I do. Also, if you're an insignificant troll account with no engagement, like Not-So-Credible Intel (Danesh Noshirvan's sock account) here, why would any attorney bother to name an anonymous account as a party (which would be required for them to try to seek SLAPP) as opposed to just evidence and exhibits for subpoena purposes? Even a challenge to a subpoena anonymously or otherwise is not grounds for anti-SLAPP motions because the account isn't a party but rather just an exhibit.
These fools think that this is Twitter court and are learning the hard way that reality is much different.
