Pedophile Breakfast Pastry Danesh Noshirvan is about to be legally SLAPPed for filing frivolous legal action based entirely on first amendment protected speech and non-existent (unauthenticated) text messages.

Sorry, I don't send mean texts from my oft spoofed phone number 720.454.5240. It's easy to spoof a phone number and send yourself mean texts. In fact, Danesh has been sending me death threats for the last 6 months. I have equal number of death threats from Danesh that he claims he has from me.

He will claim my screenshots are photoshopped while his are not. That the texts from HIS number to mine are spoofed but vice versa are not. That's not how it works. Screenshots only work in Twitter Court. Not in real life.

But in real life, Florida has the one heck of a strong anti-SLAPP statute. Danesh got tricked into filing fake legal proceedings where in he will soon be SLAPPed.

It's not my fault Danesh is as dumb as Tay Anderson -who just recently got SLAPPed with sanctions for suing 3 individuals for conduct he claims I did. 🤣 -and neither of the spergs had the balls to name me as a Defendant, but that doesn't matter, the defendants in both instances are very well represented while Danesh has a TikTok lolwyer who is too scared to publish her name so he has ro file pro se in a state he can't afford to travel to every week there are hearings.

Also, I have never met or engaged with the people these clowns sued or tried to sue (Danesh's fake lolsuit got dismissed immediately).
