When Twitter suspended my account they notified everyone who made a complaint report that it was suspended, but instead of being specific about the reason it defaulted to saying I was suspended for whatever the reason was that the person reported the account for (terrorism, criminal activity, spam, misgendering, etc.) thus defaming me. When they, not I, brought the FBI in they told the FBI -who told me- that it was simply for having more than one account the admitted to the defamation

TayAndersonCO, DirectorTay (both verified) etc. and the scores of examples provided by Andy Ngo, myself and others of antifa having more than one account as well as indicated on their internal systems shadowbanning numerous others ("multiple accounts" ). Thus, their official reasons, in the individual capacity of the former employees (because they acted outside of Twitter's policy), means they can be sued without harming new Twitter.

Assuming that new Twitter might need to also be sued, the contract to purchase Twitter says that Musk can take the liability from the stock options vested to the employees responsible -VaJayJay Garbage has $14,000,000 in stock options that Musk can give away to settle lawsuits -and she will still be on the hook for the damages from her individual capacity.
