It is trickling out the email now. As it is peer to peer it is an exception to the CANSPAM ACT (which prohibits bulk / mass email campaigns) by individually sending each email one at a time. While I am not in a CANSPAM ACT jurisdiction, I want this test to be able to work for everyone who is as well.
