Dominion has asked the judge to hold me in contempt, attaching my Gab posts as "proof" I knew they wanted to serve me.

No decision has been made but the law is clear, personal service of process is required for subponeas and there is no legal obligations to submit myself for service of process. It is not enough that I know it exists, because I have to know the content of the subponeas which are not public records until after they are returned served -so there is no way to prove I KNOW what the subponeas are, or even that they exists.

With that, in a few days, I have an update on my status... which is precious at this time.

The Dominion v. Fox trial begins with jury selection (12 main and 12 alternatives -that's crazy large jury pool). Expected to be 6 weeks long and they can serve me DURING the trial, if they find me. I must maintain an extremely low profile.

I have submitted my sworn affidavit and a video deposition via attorneys for certain Defendants. Without me being present they have to admit it as evidence without any implied or cross examination - I stand by my sworn affidavit, but their goal is to discredit me with shit like my computer hacking arrest 10 years ago, the WashPost reporting on me and my website that was ended by Epik, and even Tay Anderson (who may have been hosting the video call with Eric Coomer, which he told the participants to "silence" (murder) me -and shortly after a thug with a gun showed up to my publicly known address in Denver.

I am also aware (thats to good old Benjamin Franklin) that an international firm has been in Belize for several weeks in an effort to effectuate my service of process. Pursuant to Hauge Convention on Internarional Service of Process they had to notify government in Belize -where I am retired and find a local who has to do the service of process -then return it to a local court to authenticate that it was done correctly under local laws before sending it back to the United States court -where it can also be challenged for legal and factual inaccuracies.

Because these goons were in Belize (likely still are) I took a vacation so that my passport is my alibi and they can't lie and claim that they served me -hard to make that claim when I am not in country, but I truly hope they do.

I won't say where I am, but it's a very very long dusty road to a bus terminal to a shady person with a very beat down vehicle to a shady "hotel" etc. I'm so exhausted. The next 6 weeks are going to be an epic cat and mouse game.

The standard of proof is Actual Malice. There is enough issues with the case for Defendants that adding the conspiracy theory that I am allegedly "The Researcher" is salt on the womb. No telling the results of the trial, but I won't be used by Dominion and abused by their attorneys.
