Alvin Bragg / Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the House Judiciary Committee have settled Braggs lolsuit regarding testimony of Mark Pomerantz. He is set to testify May 12, 2023.

The District Court blasted Bragg and concluded her decision "no one is above the law" referencing pundits line used about Trump. The Federal Circuit Court stayed the decision a few days ago with a hearing schedule soon. Bragg cucked.

Also, little reported, Bragg sued Ponerantz saying that he would charge Ponerantz if he testified before Bragg's lolsuit against the House Judciary Committee concluded. Ponerantz, stuck in the middle, cried to the judge for help saying he is screwed either way (contempt or charges).

The negotiated testimony of Ponerantz has his book (a money laundering system -write a book and have your pals buy all the copies, collect thr royalities) ends all thr lolsuits.

Bragg's statement about the settlement:

“Our successful stay of this subpoena blocked the immediate deposition and afforded us the time necessary to coordinate with the House Judiciary Committee on an agreement that protects the District Attorney’s privileges and interests. We are pleased with this resolution, which ensures any questioning of our former employee will take place in the presence of our General Counsel on a reasonable, agreed upon timeframe. We are gratified that the Second Circuit’s ruling provided us with the opportunity to successfully resolve this dispute.”

He manipulated the status. The subponea was ordered by the District Court to be complied with. All circuit courts would have stayed the testimony pending further challenge and defenses because a there is no irreparable harm to do so. It would have gone to the Supreme Court. Also, the testimony was always intended to be public and Bragg has never been denied permission to have anyone he wants present during the testimony. Often those who testify have their legal teams -and the teams of the interested parties-present.
