There is an ORDER in the RICO case against Antifa Doxxer Christian Exoo, et al, represented by Patrick Trainor (who is about to sue Pedophile Breakfast Pastry Doxxer Danesh Noshirvan and TikTok / Bytedance).

The docket update doesn't have a document attached -sure, I could probably get the document but then the Pedo Breakfast Pastry would claim that I have direct contact with Patrick Trainor -which I don't- so I can't say what the ORDER is.

The two current outstanding issues are:

1) Torch Antifa/One People’s Project and their non-compliance with the courts orders - Motion to hold them in contempt and Motion for Default Judgment. This will open up their payment processors for discovery and default debt collection and assist investigation for the purposes of paying the default. One People's Project was created by fat ass faggot Antifa Daryl Jenkins of New Jersey, who also created / owned the Torch Antifa Network websites and social media.

2) Tribune publishing trying to use attorney client privilege to deny D’Ambly (lead Plaintiff) access to relevant communications for discovery. The trick the Tribune is using is that since many (over 3,000) of the conspiratorial communications were copied to @ legal email, it’s privileged. This is false and D’Ambly through Patrick Trainor has already cited case law explaining this.
