While I am not personally named in any of the suits -because neither Dominion nor Eric Coomer can definitively prove I am "TheResearcher" the leaked Eric Coomer's Antifa Facebook posts, the defense position is stronger on anti-SLAPP so long as they don't ever get to know, under oath, if I am TheResearcher.
The anti-SLAPP motions are all pending appeal and could result in Coomer losing massively if they can't show "actual malice" and that is impossible without knowing who TheResearcher is. Currently they HAVE to rely on my sworn affidavit, unless they can find me and serve me.
