Yandex Email has NEVER complied with a United States law enforcement, DMCA, or civil subponea. Dominion and Eric Coomer have submitted over 10 subponeas, in various cases, seeking the subscriber details for [email protected] and in every instance they simply ignore the request.

Yandex Email is better than GMail in significant ways - and have all the features Gmail has.
Another really cool thing about Yandex is that you can attach ANY other SMTP email to it then deactivate the original box and strictly use Yandex - but it show as Gmail or whatever. Any subponea to the original email provider would be fruitless as the account would be deactived and then deleted after ~90 days.

Highly recommend Yandex Email for ALL your email needs. My primary Yandex Mail has ALL my other boxes attached with filters to segregate them, and I can just simply hit reply and the reply is by-lined from whichever address recieved the email. I never even log into the other accounts and NOONE but legal knows the main account.
