First, Ben doesn't practice law, is not a litigator (he didn't even litigate the Ed Sheern case some female local counsel did). He is just a mouth piece and a commissioned ambulance chaser / referrer and mouth piece for the actual attorneys on the case.
Second, Crump isn't welcome in Federal Courts in Florida even though he is technically is admitted to the Florida STATE BAR.
Third, He charges fees and only takes Plaintiff cases that are civil rights... Danesh is not able to fundraise, has no money.
Forth, and most importantly and hilariously, Ben Crump fell for Danesh's bullshit against CityBike Nurse, tweeted Danesh's story narrative before deleting it. I'm sure Ben will be highly conflicted.
