TikTok's hired private investigator was just arrested in Lee County, Florida. He was flying a drone over RICO Plaintiff's ranch and Plaintiffs threw a projectile on it and knocked it down and retrieved it.
The investigator then jumped a barrier fence in am effort to get the drone back. Plaintiffs called the Sheriff's Department and the individual was taken into custody.
My understanding thus far is that the Sheriff has determined he was hired by TikTok to investigate the Plaintiffs.
The lawsuit names Danesh as the leader of Daneland Enterprise, with TikTok and ByteDance as named Enterprise Defendants along with 1-100 John Doe Defendants and 1-100 ABC Corporate Defendants.
