Let's talk about how stupid @CredibleIntel is.

1) He clearly doesn't know the law, nor how to read (except my Gab posts). The case against Pedophile Breakfast Pastry Danesh Noshirvan is not RICO (though I published that it is). It's a Civil Conspiracy, Personal Injury, and Interference with Contracts case. No predicate criminal acts required.

2) Florida's anti-SLAPP statutes ONLY apply to government Plaintiffs. Say the government wanted to bring a case against Union Organizers. They'd have to pass the SLAPP Motions. Alternatively say someone testified at a court hearing and defamed someone. That's conduct that would potentially be dismissed under SLAPP. Public Issue does not extend to Public Figures in Florida.

3) The RICO case against Antifa Exoo is going just fine. They are in discovery and Twitter is negotiating a settlement as we speak. One of the Plaintiffs are seeking to limit discovery (typical at this phase) and has been forced to provide random examples of material they claim is protected under attorney/client privilege. That case has survived Motions to Dismiss, Summary Judgment, Sec. 230 defenses.

4) and most importantly these cases send a clear (and expensive) message to Defendants that they are not immune. Exoo for example has been essentially silenced for nearly 2 years unable to harm anyone and any settlement would likely include the complete deplatforming of his account.

5) We assume that Credible Intel is Danesh or Hannah Noshirvan and as such this account will be subject to the Discovery phase as well as all communications between the account and Danesh (if any). Preservation Demands have been submitted.

6) Danesh has raised just over $13k which will cover a few hours of legal fees but can he sustain his defense over a period of time (years) together with the Matching Vibes against anyone who appears in support of him -whom could potentially be added as part of the Civil Conspiracy? How many attorneys will quit his case as a result of the vibes? How many attorneys have been consulted prior to filing so that they will be conflicted if they are retained (by failing to do their due dilligance and discovering the conflict of interest).

7) Plaintiffs have MILLIONS of dollars. This litigation is expected to cost over $4,000,000. Damages sustained are over $200,000,000 which will be recovered. Danesh has nothing. He is literally worthless and doesn't even pay rent to the Wellsboro United Tranny Meth Church. Hannah is a dog-fucker who attends Mansfield Commonwealth Univeristy. We will soon see how much they have in their WellsFargo account but it will pale in light of Plaintiffs. TikTok is facing legal battles and legislation to ban the app completely (something that I have been working on) and thus this is not a good look for either TikTok or ByteDance. They will want this to go away and quickly. Their attorneys will likely be discussing settlements within the first few weeks. Settlements that will not get off the ground unless it includes a complete lifetime ban of Danesh with measures in place to ensure he can't return. Danesh doesn't get to tell TikTok what to do in their defense or on their platform.

8) TikTok is liable under Civil Conspiracy because their algorithm knows exactly what Danesh does and ignores the damage he causes in the spirit of keep controversy alive so that more people watch / use the app. Danesh also claims in his videos that he has pals at TikTok. Over 50 of his videos have been removed for Community Standards violations yet his account is still in "Good Standing" and monetized. All of which point to putting money over publiv policy.

9) At least one minor was solicited for nudes by Danesh when she couldn't afford all of the $5,000 he demanded after google bombing Plaintiff. She turned 18 weeks later. The same minor and her parents have been providing Plaintiffs with all communications for the duration as well as others.
