TikTok and ByteDance (same law firm) are already in settlement discussions (which begin with the complete deplatforming of Danesh Noshirvan) that will justify their delay in filing the Notice of Appearance. Should TikTok / ByteDance settle the remaining Defendants continue to be sued.
