Terrorist Breakfast Pastry Danesh Noshirvan falsely claims he was offered a settlement in an effort to grift more money. He has not filed any suit and can't due to Collateral Estoppel -he already tried and failed once. He is BEING sued. He wants his followers ro pay for his legal defense.

By falsely claiming he was offered a settlement while also defaming Plaintiffs in the same video he has made his attorney a witness. Here is why.

Any and ALL settlement offers would have to be made through the attorney of record. Because the video is now going to be used in the Amended Complaint with additional defamation and naming the attorney for lying the attorney must choose between an ethics violation or become a witness against his client. It is unethical for the attorney to LIE about a settlement offer.

Internet Court isn't real life Court and this clown tried to grift the Internet Court -making a total of 250$ (or about 2 hours for the cheap Furry Lolwyer). I hope Furry Lolwyer got his retainer because the ethics violation is HUGE.

Also, he waived attorney/client privilege with this video by publicly sharing "private communications" (even if they didn't happen, Plaintiffs have a right to explore them since they contain additional defamation).
