Before I was first denied entry to Nicaragua for not have a Covid Vax Card I was in Cañas, Costa Rica.
This series is about 3-4 weeks old but can finally be posted - I got into Nicaragua at a different border crossing and then kicked out into Honduras where I went north for a while until I caught a bus to Panama City for my trip to Colombia.
Life in exile is fun, scary, dirty, clean, sneaky and always an adventure.l sometimes dangerous. Cañas is a small town in North West Costa Rica with an amazing and kind community, cheap prices, pretty locals, clean and culturally unique. I loved it there.
