Smartmatic, the voting machine company, has issued over 20 subponeas for depositions. One of them is a blanket subponea for subscribers info from a Yandex email account called "TheResearch2020" (which will be ignored like all the others sent to Yandex).

An email was supposedly sent to one of my attorneys -who does not represent me in any of these matters and is not an authorized agent to recieve process on my behalf- asking for an address or location which to serve me personally. Any reply to the email would be a breach of attorney / client confidentiality and thus it will go "unread" in the inbox (could read the first line teaser without clicking it).

Smartatic attorneys, much like Dominion attorneys, are seeking the identity of "TheResearcher" which, if they go to trial, they will use to try to prove Actual Malice.

So, appears I am back in the cross hairs or this vexing litigation of which I am not a party, just someone who is being harassed by extremely wealthy and well funded corporations.
