Emails, even if malicious and mean and threatening, are not illegal in Roman Law countries. Furthermore, extridition treaties don't usually extend to minor felonies. For example the Belize / US extridition treaty allows for extridition of ONLY 29 enumerated felonies. No other crimes can be extridicted or considered for extridiction.
