Plaintiffs have filed an opposition to the request of the Breakfast Pastry Danesh Noshirvan's furry real estate lolwyer's Motion to withdraw.

In the motion Plaintiff demand that the attorney swear under oath his allegations, that the attorney provide Plaintiffs counsel with copies of all the emails and phone calls alleged. This puts the attorney in a ethical situation because now the attorney is both a witness in the case and cannot represent his client when he is a witness and also as attorney he has already become conflicted by claiming, without presenting evidence, that he recieved emails and sent them to the police.

The attorney has ro reply to opposition to the withdrawal motion AND has to reply to the lawsuit itself, both by Monday. Any pleading by the attorney on behalf of Danesh Noshirvan is an ethical violation.

When I sent the Cease and Desist email to the attorney on Friday his auto response was there was a family emergency. He better put the crackwhore child abusing wife on the back coal burner and get to work figuring out the conundrum he is now facing.

If I were this furry attorney, I'd be filing a lawsuit against Danesh right now and demanding more retainer from him for all this extra headache.

By the way, Plaintiffs are not responsible for 3rd party conduct.
