Last night "One of the best attorneys" stayed up real late desperately writing a reply brief for the breakfast pastry Terrorist Danesh Noshirvan because the judge denied his withdrawal motion which included a request for an extension of time to file the reply (this was an attempt to delay the case without consulting with Plaintiffs attorneys).

The judge scolded "one of the best attorneys" for not even knowing the local rules -and his pleadings are not even following the local rules of format- and he tried again to remove himself from the case -and was objected to which caused him to have to work through the weekend desperately writing a reply brief.

The reply brief is due "by July 24th, 2023" not "on or before" so the little shit stain is technically late. He can't ethically reply on behalf of Breakfast Pastry as he lied to the judge about filing a police report (he took Danesh at his word, dumbass) and is now a witness against his own client.
