Spent 2 days, with my phones, in lock up.
Just got out today. They returned both my passports, all my sim cards, didn't even bother going through my phones, and all my documents -including my name change documents.
Having too much paperwork is suspicious here. Lol. I'll be leaving the country, but they said I am all good and we laughed about it. They've never seen someone with SO MUCH legitimate documentation.
Also, my lanyard, which I got in Belize from a vendor booth ran by the US Embassy was suspicious to them...
Over all, detention here was a 7 of 10 compared to United States. I had my phones, I could smoke cigarettes, was fairly free to walk around and they bought me good food as I waited for the inspector to verify why my passports have two different names and the legitimacy and legality of both.
