They are considering felony warrant against Danesh Noshirvan. If issued they will seek his extridiction to Costa Rica for prosecution.
The U.S. will almost certainly not grant exteidiction, but I will make sure that Interpol locks his travels and ensure he is placed on the no-fly list and try to get a Red Notice issued as well.
