A schizo American woman living homeless in Belize was arrested for stoning a policewoman.

I'm court she verbally sought asylum. Due to this verbal "application" the Belize government can't expelled her. She has been remanded.

In the United States she has multiple open cases, has been declared a vexatious litigant, and her entry into Belize was without a passport (illegal).

Let me contrast: I have no criminal record (my record has been expunged COMPLETELY), I have never been declared a vexatious litigant. I have only contributed to the communities I have ties to in various Central American countries. I previously sought and acquired asylum protections in Costa Rica while I explored my options. No criminal investigations have been meritorious.

My attorneys, two law enforcement agencies whom I have helped with Antifa cases, and over 100 people have written letters on my behalf in support of my 2nd citizenship (of 3).

It doesn't matter one iota what some clown like Danesh, Incest Shark, or James McRevengePornKingpin says. More importantly, in Belize, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Honduras, and other favorable Central American countries the people don't judge based on social media or the internet. Here, they judge based on who the person is that they meet and interact with.

The court, in remanding the woman to jail, also ordered mental health evaluation and for immigrations to process her asylum application. She likely won't be able to meet the burden for asylum but it is possible if she somehow gets legal counsel to help her -as the burden is a showing of persecution or prosecution based on political, sex, race, or other protected class. She is black, homeless, medical problems, mental health issues. Who knows. What is known is that neither the prosecutor, the court, or the police knew or know about the vexatious litigation and extensive open criminal cases and they would not use them because Belize is not the United States.
